Food & Beverage Service Manager
Assist General Manager in managing restaurant's food & beverage department while alternating weekly from the kitchen to the front-of-house.

Job Requirements |

Must have written & verifiable job recommendations from previous employer w/2 yrs. banquet & food service background. |
|
• |
Must be willing to work late nights, weekends & all major holidays. |
|
• |
Must pass Maryland Health Department & Tips training program & possible submit to drug &/or criminal background testing. |
|
• |
Responsible to monitor compliance with health & liquor board regulations regarding food & liquor preparation. |
|
• |
Responsible for building maintenance & dining facilities. |
|
• |
Assist in planning of menus & food utilization based on anticipated number of guests, popularity, & costs. |
|
• |
Assist in organizing & supervising worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, & evaluate employee performance. |
|
• |
Estimate food, liquor, wine, & other beverage consumption in order to anticipate amounts to be purchased. |
|
• |
Investigate & resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. |
