Black Bean and Ham – Monday

Entree
Choose from one of the following entrees:

GRILLED CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD - Caesar Salad with smokehouse bacon, egg, tomato, feta cheese and hickory grilled chicken.
JASPER’S ROAST CHICKEN SALAD - Romaine with fresh corn off of the cob, pine nuts, sun dried cranberries, dates, goat cheese and Champagne vinaigrette.
SIGNATURE FRENCH DIP AU JUS - Aged roasted Prime Rib thinly sliced with grilled onions and melted Swiss piled high on a grilled baguette roll.
CRAB CAKE SANDWICH - A pan-crisped crab cake served on soft potato roll with fries, coleslaw and Chef’s dressing.
BARBECUED CHICKEN SANDWICH - Marinated chicken breast grilled over hickory with smokey barbecue sauce, melted jack and smokehouse bacon on a grilled egg bun.
ROASTED GARLIC SEAFOOD RUSTICA - Scallops, shrimp, mushroom caps and roasted garlic with a seasoned parmesan cream sauce. Served over hot linguini.

Dessert

The host of your party has pre-selected one of the following: Chop House Salad or Caesar Salad.

Entree
Choose from one of the following entrees:

16oz ROASTED PRIME RIB AU JUS - Slow roasted aged prime rib, cooked to medium, served with a True Idaho baked potato.
CRAB EXPLOSION STUFFED SHRIMP - Jumbo shrimp baked under our crab explosion, served with seasonal vegetable.
ASIAN SALMON TERIYAKI - Hardwood grilled fresh salmon seared with teriyaki sauce, served over mashed potatoes, surrounded with sautéed fresh zucchini, carrots, peppers and green onions.
BLACKENED FILET MIGNON TIPS - Over penne pasta baked in our rustica cream sauce with mushrooms.
ROAST CHICKEN - One-half a chicken roasted with crushed herbs, served with brown butter sauce, homemade mashed potatoes and herb butter.
BONE-IN DOUBLE CUT PORK CHOP – Cured in house, grilled to medium over hickory, with homemade mashed potatoes and herb butter.
