Reservations and Bookings

All events are arranged for a four hour period of time.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The banquet room is available for parties with a minimum of 30 guests to a maximum of 125, depending on the services selected.

ROOM RENTAL CHARGE
A $100.00 charge is applied to all luncheon parties and a $200 charge is applied to all dinner parties. A $200.00 charge is applied to all Wedding Receptions, luncheon or dinner.

DISC JOCKEY SERVICES
DJ services are available for any party for an additional cost of $295.00. Our expert DJ's will personalize your special event with a consultation to coordinate your entertainment and music format.

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
We will gladly hold an available date as a tentative booking while you plan your event. Tentative dates are held for ten business days and released if no contract and deposit are arranged.

FINAL BOOKINGS
All final arrangements, including service times, menu and beverage service, per guest prices, minimum and maximum number of guests require a signed contract with a $250.00 deposit.

FINAL GUARANTEE
Guaranteed attendance must be received within 10 days of the event. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the client will be charged for the guaranteed number.

PAYMENTS
Final payment is due the date of the event, payable by cash, credit card or pre-approved organization check. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.
